For this version I created a new Snow biome that works easily with the procedural foliage spawning system, just paint and generate and done! I also noticed that shader complexity was a bit too high for my liking, especially when boasting Stylescape being optimized and performant for most systems. So I created a much cheaper version as you can see in the screenshots below.
For slightly more performance the newly added Landscape Fresnel can also be switched off in the Material Instance. To go an extra mile for even more performance I recommend using Realtime Virtual Texturing, with that one could even use the non-cheap material as it "bakes" the landscape into a single texture. It work best on landscapes less than 2-3km wide. Features removed from cheap landscape material:

Could you make a mobile version? I try it on mobile, but the colour of foliage turn dark and the shadow become black.
